"The core exercises you provided me have helped my overall performance in orienteering by eliminating the back pain and other aches experienced during and after competition. The running workouts from Wednesday morning track to the trail runs at PETS have helped strengthen my hamstrings and overall cardio capability. My second day of competition in orienteering is no longer “painful” and recovery after competition has improved dramatically. Class Information: Ride details will be given out at time of registration so you can come prepared for the distance each
week. Some long rides will be conducted at Alpine Valley and Madison Ironman course. You will be told ahead of time for these training days.
