GROUP TRAINING

"The core exercises you provided me have helped my overall performance in orienteering by eliminating the back pain and other aches experienced during and after competition. The running workouts from Wednesday morning track to the trail runs at PETS have helped strengthen my hamstrings and overall cardio capability. My second day of competition in orienteering is no longer “painful” and recovery after competition has improved dramatically. I’m learning all of the time and benefiting from my core, strength, stretching and running programs.  Great job!"
