SPEED THROUGH STRENGTH

We offer a variety of sports conditioning services designed to help athletes of all levels reach their fitness goals - whether it is completing a triathlon, improving your marathon time or advancing to the next level in your sport.

SpeedZone® Sports Performance programs provides cutting edge sports performance training, programs and athlete conditioning. SpeedZone's team of certified and experienced Sports Conditioning Specialists, led by founders and coaches, Willie and Jay LaBonne, work with athletes in team settings, small groups or dedicated one-on-one coaching.

Training Programs
Functional Fitness Evaluation

This is the first step you’ll take toward starting a new program with us and is required to begin any type of training at SpeedZone® Sports Performance Center.

This is the first step in starting a new program. The evaluation measures speed, agility, strength, balance, flexibility, muscle imbalances, running form, and core strength.

Personal Training

You can choose to train with a Personal Trainer or a more specialized Performance Enhancement Specialist. All sessions are paid in full up front.

Package Programs:
Platinum Package:

30 sessions – 3x wk for 10 weeks
Includes:
• One on one training
• Establishment of heart rate training zones
• Heart rate monitor
• Individual fitness/strength program

Ultimate Package:

20 sessions- 2x week for 10 weeks
Includes:
• One on one training
• Individual fitness/strength program

Endurance Coaching

Students: 3-month commitment minimum
Adults: 6-month commitment minimum   

Platinum Package:

Platinum coaching is our top of the line service for individuals who demand the full attention of a Performance Enhancement Specialist Coach. It’s the package of choice for elite level competitors or anyone with lofty goals in their sport. If only the best will do, then the Platinum Package is for you.
Includes: Comprehensive evaluation, personalized monthly training calendar, sport specific strength program, comprehensive nutritional analysis, goal setting and unlimited access to your coach via email or phone. Physiological testing: VO2 max (2 tests included-run or bike test), metabolic assessment (2 tests included), one blood lactate in conjunction with one VO2 max test. (Assessment kit included-a $50.00 savings).

Ultimate Package:

Work with a coach who has helped top-level athletes achieve their goals, from elite-level amateur to collegiate level. Even if you are not a competitive athlete, but just want to achieve your best performance, through the guidance of a Performance Enhancement Specialist Coach.
Includes: Comprehensive evaluation, personalized monthly training calendar, sports specific strength program, once a week contact with your coach. 20% discount on physiological testing.

Premium Package:

This package is for people who place a high priority on their fitness, performance or competitive results, while also maintaining a balanced family and work life. If at anytime, you wish to add services such as comprehensive nutritional anaylsis or VO2 testing, you will get a 15% discount.
Includes: Comprehensive evaluation, personalized monthly training calendar, monthly contact with your coach. Added services will receive a 15% discount.

SpeedZone Running Programs

You can purchase an individualized program specific for your race preparation, anywhere from 8 weeks to 6 months before the race, depending on your goals and experience, or purchase a generic program for distances of 5k, 10k, half marathon, or marathon.

One-on-One Coaching
This session is designed to sit down with a performance enhancement specialist or certified personal trainer to discuss injury screening, Fitness Counseling, exercise Program Design, Dietary Counseling, Weight Management, Motivational Techniques, and Life coaching.
Group Training

You can train in groups of 3-5 athletes. Group training is mandatory 2 days per week.

Group training is a great way to maximize performance and build teamwork. Bring your whole team or build a team of players.

Computrainer Bike Test

Widely regarded as the finest bicycle ergo meter/trainer for use with an athlete's own bicycle, the CompuTrainer Bike Test includes spin scan, bike fitting, lactate threshold estimation with heart rate zones, wattage and pedal mechanics.

Payment is due on the date of service. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required or you will be charged for the full fee.
