Ride details will be given out at time of registration so you can come prepared for the distance each week. Some long rides will be conducted at Alpine Valley and Madison Ironman course. You will be told ahead of time for these training days.

This class is for beginners who want to work on building their cardiovascular endurance and work on strengthening and toning muscles. Classes will start with a vigorous walk/jog. We'll also incorporate some body weight strength training and finish with a thorough stretch of all muscles worked. Weather permitting, cardio work will be done outside.

Our 8-wk training program will make you more explosive, add 30+ yards to your drive, teach you prehabilitation & injury prevention exercises, while conditioning your core and improving your body composition. - Cage-Fit/CrossFit Training:
CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.
The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.
